Why Your Temu Offers Disappeared in August 2026

Last verified September 2026·By Jakub R.
Reality check: The August 2026 offer cuts are showing up across the Temu community, but accounts are not identical. I cannot promise that an event seen by one r/TemuThings poster will appear on your account, country, or device.

The short version

Temu got stingy.

That is the blunt summary from r/TemuThings, now around 114,000 members. Good credit offers that were routine earlier this year have disappeared for many users. Some people still see one event, while a friend on the same Wi-Fi sees none. WinCredit and ClaimCredit are missing from a lot of accounts. The app usually does not explain whether an event ended, an account was restricted, or the offer was simply not selected for that user.

This is a broad change, not proof that every account has been put in Temu Jail. The timing matters. Several kinds of offer have weakened or vanished at once.

What the community is reporting

The complaints are remarkably similar. Users search for an old keyword and get no event, a weaker spend requirement, or an "activity expired" screen. Others can open the event but the reward is much smaller than screenshots from spring and early summer.

One separate problem makes the mood worse: a Farmland player reported losing progress at 99.98%, with the explanation that the game had to be completed within a month. That is one account report, not a published rule I can verify. It still shows the current pattern. Long-running Temu activities can change their conditions after people have already invested time in them.

ClaimCredit has its own mess. Users report that an order never becomes "delivered" inside the reward flow even after the package arrives. Without that delivered status, the credit cannot be claimed. Several posters describe support sending them back and forth for about a month and a half. I cannot independently verify every ticket, but the same story appears often enough that it belongs in the practical guide, not in the rumor bin.

Which offers are still alive?

Puzzlejjjj

Puzzlejjjj is one of the newer names people are checking in August. The offer reported by several users is roughly spend $60, get $56 back, plus a gift. That is a strong headline, so read the terms in your own app before ordering. I cannot verify that the same threshold or gift applies in every country.

It is also a reminder not to treat a search keyword as a permanent product. Temu can show the event to one account and hide it from another on the same day.

CCCCCCCC

CCCCCCCC is another live-looking offer. The common report is a $100 reward after around $85 of spending. One user reported a minimum of $113, which is exactly why the number on a Reddit screenshot is not your personal contract.

Check the threshold at checkout. If the app requires more than the reward is worth to you, close the screen. There is no prize for proving that a worse version of the event exists.

Calendar1000

Calendar1000 has not vanished everywhere, but reports describe it as nerfed. Smaller rewards, less generous progression, or a changed schedule are all being reported. I would treat the old Calendar1000 screenshots as historical evidence, not a current offer sheet.

WinCredit and ClaimCredit

These two used to be the fallback events for many established accounts. In August, many users say one or both no longer appear. Others still see them but cannot complete the reward because delivery or coin status never updates.

A missing event alone does not identify the cause. If every account in a region loses the event on the same date, a rollout or campaign change is plausible. If only one account loses every promo while normal shopping still works, an account restriction becomes more plausible. Temu does not give us enough information to be certain.

What probably disappeared

The biggest loss is not one specific keyword. It is the old assumption that there would always be a worthwhile offer waiting behind it.

Many users report that the good WinCredit and ClaimCredit versions are gone. Older screenshots show generous percentages and low thresholds. Current screens can show nothing, a short expiry window, or a requirement that kills the math. The familiar "search the code and order" routine has become account roulette.

That does not mean every credit event is dead. Puzzlejjjj and CCCCCCCC are the clearest examples still being discussed. Calendar1000 is still around in weaker form for some users. The exact mix changes quickly.

How to check your account without wasting money

Search the event name in the Temu app, but do not place an order just because the landing page opens. First record the displayed minimum spend, reward amount, expiry time, eligible products, and delivery condition. A screenshot costs nothing. A bad qualifying order costs real money.

Check the final checkout total. Taxes, fees, and shipping can change the break-even point. If your account shows CCCCCCCC with a $113 minimum, calculate that version, not the $85 report you saw online.

For ClaimCredit, confirm how the app defines delivery before ordering. The carrier saying "delivered" may not be enough if the reward page still shows processing. If you already have this bug, capture the order screen, carrier status, reward screen, and support conversation in one folder.

Do not keep hammering a missing keyword. Repeated searches will not make a closed campaign return. Check the event on a normal schedule, then move on to ordinary discounts if it is gone.

Is this Temu Jail?

Sometimes, maybe. Broad August cuts make a personal diagnosis harder.

Signs that point to a general offer change include friends losing the same event, a new threshold appearing for many users, or an event disappearing immediately after a published campaign window. Signs that point to account-level restriction include every credit event disappearing only for your account, repeated "expired" screens while other accounts still qualify, and a history of returns or disputes tied to promo orders.

There is no reliable public status page. Support agents often cannot see or restore the algorithmic decision. Use the account-specific troubleshooting steps in our ClaimCredit guide, but do not assume a promised recovery time.

The practical verdict

Temu promotions still work, but the easy period has narrowed. Puzzlejjjj and CCCCCCCC may be worth checking when the numbers on your screen make sense. Calendar1000 is weaker. WinCredit and ClaimCredit are missing or malfunctioning for too many users to call them dependable.

My rule for September is simple: never spend money to chase an offer you have not calculated from your own checkout screen. Save the screenshot, keep the order small enough to accept without the reward, and assume the terms can change before the parcel arrives.

FAQ

Q: Did Temu remove all credit events?

No. Availability varies by account and region. Some users still report Puzzlejjjj, CCCCCCCC, or a weaker Calendar1000.

Q: Why does my friend have an offer that I cannot see?

Temu appears to personalize eligibility. Country, account history, device signals, campaign rollout, and timing may all matter. The exact formula is not public.

Q: Is the Farmland 99.98% reset a universal rule?

I cannot verify that. It is a reported case where the player was told the game had to finish within a month. Treat it as a warning that the terms can change, not as a confirmed rule for every account.

Q: Why is my ClaimCredit order not marked delivered?

Users report a mismatch between carrier delivery and the reward page. Save screenshots and contact support through the order and promo channels. The credit normally cannot be claimed until Temu's own status updates.
