Temu offers 5,400 Kč back on a 7,000 Kč shop. What are you getting?

On 30 September 2026, our editor Jakub sent a photo of a Czech Temu promotion and described an offer of 5,400 Kč in Temu credit for spending around 7,000 Kč. That is a large reward relative to the purchase. We have the offer screen; we do not yet have a completed payout record or the full Rules screen.

The distinction matters when you plan the next order. You pay with money now and, if you fulfil the campaign's conditions, receive spending power for another Temu purchase.

What the screen actually shows

The heading says “Withdraw 5,400 Kč cash”. Beside the withdrawal button, Temu specifies via Temu Credit. Underneath it shows:

• A campaign total of 5,400 Kč.
• 5,325 Kč processing and 75 Kč remaining to withdraw the full amount.
• Progress markers at 30%, 60%, 90% and 100%.
• A first-order line offering 1.00% cash balance back + an extra 3 Kč.

• A deadline of 12:47 on 3 October in this particular offer.

• A notice that additional import charges apply at payment. The first-order line excludes shipping and import-related charges.

We cannot identify the exact campaign keyword from this photo. We also cannot tell whether the 1% line applies to every subsequent order, whether the 3 Kč bonus remains available, or how Temu treats purchases paid with existing credit. Do not substitute the rules from another WinCredit screenshot.

The 77% headline and the last 75 Kč

If you spend exactly 7,000 Kč and collect exactly 5,400 Kč, the nominal credit return is 77.14%. Subtracting those amounts gives 1,600 Kč. That subtraction expresses a net cost only if you can use the entire reward on things you would otherwise buy at comparable prices. Your first payment still costs 7,000 Kč.

The final threshold deserves its own calculation. If Temu applies a flat 1% rate to eligible extra spend, earning another 75 Kč requires 7,500 Kč of eligible spend. If a still-available 3 Kč bonus counts toward that same gap, the hypothetical requirement becomes 7,200 Kč. These are conditional examples, not our claim about Jakub's actual checkout. His estimated 7,000 Kč total may involve another rate, prior progress or bonuses that this photo does not explain.

Check the change in balance after one qualifying order against the amount Temu counted. A screen that says “only 75 Kč left” does not tell you the purchase cost of closing the gap.

Credit value depends on the second basket

Suppose the first purchase costs 7,000 Kč and Temu grants 5,400 Kč in usable credit. You then buy another 5,400 Kč of goods entirely with that credit. You have spent 7,000 Kč in cash for baskets with a combined Temu sticker price of 12,400 Kč: 43.55% below that combined price, before fees or price differences.

That is different from getting a 77% discount on every order. Count an extra purchase made only to finish the promotion as a cost. Compare the same products outside the promotion, including shipping and checkout charges. A reward can make an intended purchase cheaper; it can also persuade you to buy a second basket you did not need.

What Temu says about ordinary credit

Temu's credit support pages list promotional activities as a source of credit. Its credit-expiration FAQ says ordinary Temu credit has no expiration date. Its return policy says credit typically cannot be redeemed for cash and can only fund purchases on Temu.

These are general, regional support pages. They do not establish this Czech campaign's claim deadline, eligible products, reward release schedule or cancellation rules. A campaign can expire before you claim credit even when credit already in your wallet has no expiry.

Before putting 7,000 Kč through the offer

Open Rules and Record on the campaign screen. Save the reward target, contribution rates for each order, eligible payment methods, claim deadline and any release steps. Check whether Temu lets you select cash or only credit. Include shipping and import charges in your budget even if they earn no progress.

After checkout, distinguish “processing” from credit in your account wallet. Save the credited amount and any remaining daily claim steps. A refund or cancellation may change promotion eligibility or the reward; consult the specific rules rather than assuming a permanent account ban.
