Report an article error

Include the page URL and the passage you want us to check. A link to campaign rules or a screenshot with its date and country helps us assess account-specific differences.

Remove names, addresses, order numbers, payment information and account identifiers from screenshots. We will ask before publishing a screenshot you send privately.

Privacy and stored email addresses

Use the same address for questions about site data or deletion of an email address submitted through our earlier signup form. Sending from the address concerned helps us verify the request. See our privacy notice for the data involved.

Order or reward support

We cannot access your Temu account, issue a refund, release a credit reward or change campaign eligibility. Contact Temu through its app or official support centre for those requests. Never send us a password or login code.
