About claim.credit

Temu spreads offer rules across app screens, help pages and account-specific promotions. We bring those pieces together so you can understand an offer before you order.

Who runs the site

Jakub Roh runs claim.credit and edits its guides. Articles may use the shortened byline Jakub R. You can reach the editorial contact at [email protected].

What you can find here

Our guides explain credit events, search codes, reward conditions and problems with claiming a reward. We compare official help pages with documented offers and reader reports. We also work through the arithmetic: a credit balance, a coupon pack and a cash refund have different uses.

We publish guides in English, Czech, German, Polish, French and Spanish. Translations make the same information accessible in another language; they do not represent six separate tests.

How we handle evidence

A screenshot can show what one account received. It cannot establish that every account receives the same offer, or that a promised reward reached the balance. We distinguish an offer shown on screen from a completed purchase and a confirmed credit payment.

Official rules, first-hand observations and community reports carry different weight. Our editorial policy explains how we label them and correct mistakes.

Independence and affiliate links

claim.credit is independent of Temu. Temu does not operate this website. Some outgoing links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission or referral reward if you use them. Eligibility and offer terms depend on the merchant and your account. Affiliate links help fund the site; they do not guarantee you a discount or reward.

We do not receive your Temu account details, order history or reward balance. Questions about a specific order or payment belong with Temu support.
