Temu promotions: what we found on 30 September 2026

A Czech account now shows a 5,400 Kč reward payable through Temu Credit. Jakub, our editor, reports an offer involving around 7,000 Kč of purchases. The photo shows most of the reward as processing and a remaining threshold. We explain the offer and its maths separately.

That firsthand offer gives us a reason to revisit the older “offers disappeared” reports. Generous promotions still appear on some accounts. One account's screen cannot establish availability on yours, and an advertised target cannot establish a payout.

Five promotion families Temu documents

Temu's official promotion FAQ lists the following activities. We reviewed the category's questions, not every underlying answer or every account's in-app rules. These names identify documented families, not five newly launched universal offers.

Cash wording, wallet credit and coupons

The Czech photo uses “cash” in the heading and “via Temu Credit” beside the withdrawal button. Check the payout method below the headline.

Temu's Canadian cash-withdrawal FAQ says you can use wallet credit for Temu purchases but cannot redeem it for cash. It describes an exception for contacting support about unused refund credit. That concerns changing a refund method; it does not provide a cash-out route for promotion rewards.

Temu also says issued credit has no expiry, cannot move to another account and can fund a purchase with a coupon. Those general help pages do not remove a campaign's completion deadline. Combining a coupon with issued credit also does not prove that two reward campaigns stack on one order.

Puzzle, CCCCCCCC and Calendar1000

Our August coverage mentioned puzzlejjjj, cccccccc and calendar1000. During this update we did not obtain fresh, independent rules confirming their September payouts or universal availability. We keep these as previously reported search keywords. We have removed the homepage's claim that Puzzle and CCCCCCCC are verified live.

If you find one on your account, compare its own Rules screen with the examples. Do not plan a purchase around the old “spend $60, get $56” or “$100 reward” figures. Nor does a missing search result prove Temu ended the activity everywhere.

A useful comparison needs the next-order rate

Write down the cash you must still spend, not just the reward you can eventually claim. Record the next order's contribution, any first-order bonus and excluded checkout charges. If the rate changes as you approach the target, recalculate before adding another item.

For Jakub's photographed offer, 75 Kč remains and the first-order line displays 1%. A flat 1% contribution would require 7,500 Kč of eligible extra spend to close that gap, or 7,200 Kč if a still-available 3 Kč bonus applied. We cannot confirm those assumptions without his campaign rules. This is why the next-order contribution matters more than a 99%-complete progress bar.

After completing an activity, confirm the actual credit in your wallet and any remaining claim tasks. Keep pending progress, granted credit and coupon totals separate in your notes.

What this update verifies

We have a dated firsthand Czech offer and official documentation for the activity families and wallet-credit rules. The linked Temu pages use several regional locales; your campaign's local rules can differ. Public searches did not provide enough fresh independent discussion to confirm the current Puzzle or Calendar terms. We do not treat search snippets, referral posts or our own earlier articles as proof of current payouts.
