Independent Temu guide · Updated 1 October 2026
Editorial policy
We write guides to help you inspect the offer in front of you, calculate its cost and spot conditions that could change the outcome.
Sources and their limits
- Official documentation: Temu help pages and campaign rules can explain the terms they cover. A general help page does not establish the rate on your account.
- First-hand evidence: an account screenshot or documented experience establishes what happened on that account. We identify the region, date and outcome when we have them. We remove personal and order identifiers before publishing evidence.
- Community reports: reader accounts and public discussions help identify possible issues. We attribute reports and avoid turning them into universal rules.
- Worked calculations: we state the inputs and assumptions. A flat-rate example is arithmetic, not a prediction of Temu's next offer.
Dates and availability
A review date records when we checked or revised an article. It does not certify that a promotion is active for every reader. Temu can vary campaigns by account, country, purchase history and time. Your in-app rules take priority for your transaction.
We do not use an unqualified “verified active” label without evidence for a stated account, region and date. A code listed in a guide may no longer open a promotion.
Rewards and results
We distinguish a displayed offer, progress towards a reward, and credit that actually reached an account. We do not describe an offered amount as a confirmed payout. We do not equate store credit with cash or add a coupon bundle's face value to a cash saving.
Authorship and editing
Jakub Roh is responsible for the site and its editorial decisions. We may use software and AI tools to help research, draft, translate and check content. Those tools do not count as witnesses or sources. We must support factual claims with evidence and label gaps rather than invent personal experience.
Translations share their original article's evidence. Local currency examples help explain calculations but do not prove local campaign eligibility.
Corrections
Send the article URL, the statement you dispute and supporting rules or a redacted screenshot to [email protected]. We assess corrections against the evidence and update affected language versions. For a material correction, we explain what changed in the article rather than quietly advancing its review date.
Commercial relationships
We disclose affiliate links. A referral relationship does not establish that a promotion is good value. We discuss extra spending, limitations and failed claims when the evidence supports them.
